Introducing the 5 step plan developed by Change Creates, that will enhance every area of your business

Every step of the way our consultants make knowledge transfer an integral part of the plan. It is essential that your team understand and adopt our methodology and systems as quickly as possible. Our goal is to add significant value while our clients maximise the return on their investment.

Step One. Identify          Our consultants are all extremely experienced and will help you focus on specific areas of business improvement that are a priority.

Step Two. Capture          Using the unique process capture technology designed and developed by Nimbus Partners, our consultants efficiently capture all relevent processes, both manual and automated. Our method of data capture is far quicker and has a greater accuracy than historic process mapping systems.

Step Three. Analyse          Working with our clients to understand their goal, we use the current process view to design and improve each function and dependency within the process to suit the client needs. This could be a process redesign to facilitate cost reduction, enhanced controls, greater reporting and transparency or all of these.

Step Four. Enhance          We deliver our solutions to the client for approval before any process is altered. Each solution will have benefits and implications that the client may wish to consider before changes are made. Once approval is given, we work with the client users, creating a change management program that ensures a smooth adoption of the new environment.

Step Five. Deploy          The deployment stage takes [lace only after we are confident that the client has a full understanding of the new environment and only when they have demonstrated adoption by participation. We will remain through the initial stages of deployment but will not outstay our welcome.

Once the solution is implemented and embedded in the day to day activities our job, on site, is done. We will be there for support and assistance on a 24/7 basis for the first 30 days following implementation. If the client wishes to extend this support a fee is payable.
